Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the http://farmtopshop.com website operated by Farmtop (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the site.
By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product made available through the site (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, and contact details (to facilitate efficient ordering).
We try to make our purchase experience an easy process. Just browse our shop online, and add any produce or product that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the ‘Checkout’ button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you have ordered previously, and you have allowed your browser to remember your details, this will be an easier and faster process.
Once our products leave the farmtop shops, we will follow the terms and conditions of the delivery service chosen. In general though, orders are delivered ONCE. If the recipient is not home the order is returned to the shop and a delivery note is left informing them that we have tried to deliver and to self-collect from the Farmtop shop.
If the recipient is physically unable to collect their produce, a new delivery date will be arranged with the recipient at Farmtop’s earliest convenience. Farmtop is not responsible for theft or damage of produce if left. We take care of our produce and ensure freshness and quality at all times.
Subscription
We also offer a subscription (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed on a recurring basis subject to the cycle of purchase and delivery you have chosen.
Errors on Our Web Site
Farmtop makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on this Site is accurate, current, and complete. However, there may be instances when information about a Farmtop product contains inaccurate or incomplete information, like information about product pricing or availability. Farmtop does not warrant or guarantee that the information in this Site is error-free, complete, or current. Farmtop reserves the right to correct errors and/or to update the content or information on this Site at any time without notice.
Consent to Email Communication
When you visit the Site or send an email to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that we may communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Site.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, and you registered to our email list, we will try to provide at least 20 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our discretion.

Our Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (damaged during shipment, wrong item, etc) please take a photo and inform us. We will deduct the amount from your next order or replace for free. Do give us at least one week to exchange it as we’ll time it with our harvest date, to ensure you’re still getting the freshest greens available!
