- Bacon
- Cheese
- Pesto
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cook bacon until slightly crispy. Do not overcook so it will be easy to roll.
- Slice ½ inch thick cheese slices.
- Prepare your pesto of choice. You can also make your own with Farmtop Basil leaves.
- Wrap your cheese stick with the bacon and use a toothpick to keep it intact.
- Drizzle your pesto and add pepper on top. Serve.
